With a wealth of experience consulting organizations, Dr. Neumaier has crafted Connected Collective to address the most pressing and niche needs of individuals and organizations striving to build authentic and impactful communities.
My Story
As the founder of Connected Collective, I am Dr. Jen Neumaier, a passionate connector who firmly believes in the transformative power of meaningful connections. Guided by the belief that people cross paths for a reason, I have dedicated my life to fostering valuable connections and creating a business that empowers both individuals and organizations to harness the true potential of social interaction. Surrounded by a team of experts, we stand as the unparalleled force capable of delivering results by connecting people across teams, networks, geographies, and shared interests. As a lifelong learner, my education has led me to hold a professional pastry degree, an ICF ACC coaching certification, and a Master's and Doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania. Alongside leading Connected Collective, I also serve as a director at the University of Pennsylvania's Penn Chief Learning Officer Doctoral program's social and community building network, further solidifying my commitment to shaping impactful connections and advancing the field of social learning.
